Aurora Medical Offices  

Renovations to the Aurora Medical Center Included both interior and exterior upgrades. These two 25,000 square-foot facilities stand in the public eye for the largest healthcare system in the metro Denver Colorado area. Exterior scope of this capital improvement project included re-glazing of the existing window system, the addition of new exterior material finishes along with the refurbishment of existing facade materials, and upgraded landscaping with integrated pedestrian/vehicle entry steps/walkway. Interior upgrades include contemporary finishes extending from entry lobby, through the corridors, to the numerous medical suites. Mechanical, security, and life safety systems were also upgraded.
